SolderQuik      Fine-Pitch Surface Mounting

These precisely engineered soldering tape lets you routinely perform Fine-Pitch, surface-mount (SMT) soldering on a wide variety of components. These include leaded chip carriers, surface-mount connectors, jumpers, flatcables, flexible circuits, flatpacks and others. With each component, SolderQuik brings repeatablility to the soldering process.

Reliable flat cable joints
SQconnect.jpg (16097 Byte)Millions of solder joints have been made with SolderQuik tape for flat cable assemblies. For these applications, a two layer tape is placed on top of the cable conductors. This subassembly is then aligned over the PWB for reflow attachment.
